• Frying Oil
  • Mayonnaise
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Red Onions, finely diced
  • Parsley, finely chopped
  • Garlic, finely chopped


  1. Heat oil to a minimum of 350°
  2. Use a small scooper to scoop the batter.
  3. Dip balls of the mixture into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown.
  5. For the remoulade sauce, combine mayonnaise, cayenne, lemon, capers, finely diced red onions, parsley, and garlic in a medium bowl. Add lemon juice and season with salt & pepper.
  6. Serve over a bed of arugula along with the remoulade sauce.
