• 1 lb. NETUNO Calamari Tubes and Tentacles
  • Vegetable oil
  • Buttermilk
  • NETUNO Fry Breading


  1. Preheat oil to 350F.
  2. Place thawed calamari in buttermilk to coat.
  3. Drain and out coat with NETUNO Fry Breading. Shake off excess.
  4. Place in hot oil for 70-90 seconds, then drain excess oil.
  5. Serve with marinara or cocktail sauce and fresh lemon.
