For the fish:

  • 2 NETUNO Premium Breaded Snapper fillets
  • ½ cup Olive Oil

For the salad:

  • Chopped Romaine Lettuce
  • ½ Tomato
  • ½ cup Peas
  • ½ Purple Onion
  • 1 Lemon, cut into wedges


  • ¼ cup Chopped garlic
  • ¼ cup Chopped onion
  • ¼ cup Chopped dill
  • ¼ cup Chopped coriander
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise


  1. Place the olive oil in a warm pan until hot. You should have about half an inch of oil in the pan.
  2. Place NETUNO Premium Breaded Snapper fillets in pan and cook until golden brown. Place on a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
  3. Place the lettuce, chopped tomatoes, peas and chopped purple onions in a salad bowl. Drizzle with a bit of the olive oil and the juice of ½ the lemon and mix.
  4. Combine the chopped garlic, onion, dill and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix together.
  5. Serve the Snapper with the salad, remaining lemon wedges and dip.
