Ingredients:
For the fish:
- 2 NETUNO Premium Breaded Snapper fillets
- ½ cup Olive Oil
For the salad:
- Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- ½ Tomato
- ½ cup Peas
- ½ Purple Onion
- 1 Lemon, cut into wedges
Sauce/Dip:
- ¼ cup Chopped garlic
- ¼ cup Chopped onion
- ¼ cup Chopped dill
- ¼ cup Chopped coriander
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
Instructions:
- Place the olive oil in a warm pan until hot. You should have about half an inch of oil in the pan.
- Place NETUNO Premium Breaded Snapper fillets in pan and cook until golden brown. Place on a plate lined with paper towels and set aside.
- Place the lettuce, chopped tomatoes, peas and chopped purple onions in a salad bowl. Drizzle with a bit of the olive oil and the juice of ½ the lemon and mix.
- Combine the chopped garlic, onion, dill and mayonnaise in a small bowl and mix together.
- Serve the Snapper with the salad, remaining lemon wedges and dip.
