  1. Heat the grill.
  2. Season the Tambaqui ribs with salt and pepper.
  3. Prepare marinade to apply to the fish when it is on the grill by blending garlic, green peppers, parsley, white onion, lemon juice, and olive oil.
  4. Apply marinade on fish while on the grill.
  5. Sauté green peppers, red peppers, onions, and tomato sauce.
  6. Serve ribs and top with both sauces.
