Ingredients:
- 2-4 NETUNO Branzino fillets
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Asparagus
- Grape tomatoes
Instructions:
- Pat dry thawed fillets with a paper towel.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place fillets on a hot grill, skin side down.
- Heat a skillet or pan and add a little oil.
- Add asparagus, and grape tomatoes to the pan and let cook.
- Serve fillets over the sauteed asparagus and tomatoes.
