• 2-4 NETUNO Branzino fillets
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Asparagus
  • Grape tomatoes


  1. Pat dry thawed fillets with a paper towel.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Place fillets on a hot grill, skin side down.
  4. Heat a skillet or pan and add a little oil.
  5. Add asparagus, and grape tomatoes to the pan and let cook.
  6. Serve fillets over the sauteed asparagus and tomatoes.
