- 1 lb. or 2 lb. Bag of NETUNO White Clams
- Olive oil
- Whole butter
- White wine
- Drop Peppers
- Ciabatta Roll
- Add olive oil to a hot pan.
- Cut garlic into very fine slices and lightly brown in the oil.
- Add the clams and sauté until they start to open.
- Add olive oil and lemon juice.
- Season with salt & pepper, and add half a glass of white wine
- Garnish with finely chopped parsley and drop peppers.
- Serve with a toasted ciabatta roll.
