• 1 lb. or 2 lb. Bag of NETUNO White Clams
  • Olive oil
  • Whole butter
  • Garlic
  • White wine
  • Parsley
  • Drop Peppers
  • Ciabatta Roll


  1. Add olive oil to a hot pan.
  2. Cut garlic into very fine slices and lightly brown in the oil.
  3. Add the clams and sauté until they start to open.
  4. Add olive oil and lemon juice.
  5. Season with salt & pepper, and add half a glass of white wine
  6. Garnish with finely chopped parsley and drop peppers.
  7. Serve with a toasted ciabatta roll.
