Ingredients:

  • NETUNO Whole Snapper
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • All-purpose flour
  • Neutral oil
  • Fresh thyme
  • Whole butter
  • Shallots
  • Garlic
  • Vinegar dressing
  • Olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Heat a pan with a bit of oil.
  3. Season fish with salt and pepper.
  4. Sear the fish in the pan.
  5. Transfer the pan to the oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Prepare a sauce with shallots, garlic, and butter.
  7. Serve the sauce over the fish.
