Ingredients:

  • NETUNO Seafood Mix
  • White onion
  • Red and green peppers
  • Bay Leaf
  • Garlic
  • Green peas
  • Olive oil
  • White wine
  • Saffron
  • Long grain rice
  • Fish stock

Instructions:

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan.
  2. Sauté the seafood mix.
  3. Add bay leaf, garlic, and peppers.
  4. Add the white wine, fish stock, saffron, and rice.
  5. Cook over low heat until rice is tender.
