• 2 NETUNO Grouper Fillets
  • Salt and pepper
  • Minced garlic
  • Red and green peppers
  • Whole peeled tomatoes (Can)
  • Fresh coriander
  • White onion
  • Spicy cherry peppers
  • Coconut milk
  • Lemon juice


  1. Preheat oil to 350F.
  2. Cut the fish into large pieces & season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
  3. Blend tomatoes with diced onion, cherry peppers, cilantro, and diced peppers in a blender.
  4. Add to a pot and let simmer.
  5. Add coconut milk.
  6. Add grouper chunks and allow to cook in the sauce.
  7. Serve over white rice.
