Ingredients:
- 2 NETUNO Grouper Fillets
- Salt and pepper
- Minced garlic
- Red and green peppers
- Whole peeled tomatoes (Can)
- Fresh coriander
- White onion
- Spicy cherry peppers
- Coconut milk
- Lemon juice
Instructions:
- Preheat oil to 350F.
- Cut the fish into large pieces & season with salt, pepper, and garlic.
- Blend tomatoes with diced onion, cherry peppers, cilantro, and diced peppers in a blender.
- Add to a pot and let simmer.
- Add coconut milk.
- Add grouper chunks and allow to cook in the sauce.
- Serve over white rice.
