Snapper is definitely one of the best fish to eat fried. This is a simple recipe for this classic.

Ingredients:

  • 2 NETUNO Whole Snapper
  • Lemon juice
  • Sweet orange juice
  • Minced garlic
  • Olive oil
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Dry parsley
  • Dry coriander
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Blend the garlic, orange and lemon juice, parsley, coriander, and olive oil. Marinate whole fish with this mixture and let sit for at least 1 hour before cooking.
  2. In a deep pan, pour enough vegetable oil to fry the whole Snapper. Heat to at least 350° F (176° C).
  3. Carefully place the fish in the hot oil for about 4 minutes, turning once until golden brown.
  4. Serve on a plate with a side of salad or French fries!
