Ingredients:

  • ¼ lb. Cobia Dice
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 Tablespoons toasted ground sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger ground
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

  1. Mix soy sauce, sesame seeds, chili oil, and ginger in a bowl

2. Add diced Cobia and let marinate for 2 minutes

3. Sprinkle in salt and serve over steamed rice

4. Optional: Add sliced cucumbers, avocado radishes, seaweed salad (wakame), and fish eggs (tobiko)
