- Red onion
- Fresh coriander
- Olive oil
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook Seafood Mix until tender. Careful not to overcook.
- Drain mix and let it cool.
- Chop fennel, celery, tomatoes, red onions, and fresh cilantro
- Incorporate all these ingredients into our seafood, which should now be at room temperature.
- Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.
- Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
