• Fennel
  • Celery
  • Tomatoes
  • Red onion
  • Fresh coriander
  • Lemon
  • Olive oil


  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook Seafood Mix until tender. Careful not to overcook.
  3. Drain mix and let it cool.
  4. Chop fennel, celery, tomatoes, red onions, and fresh cilantro
  5. Incorporate all these ingredients into our seafood, which should now be at room temperature.
  6. Add lemon juice and olive oil and mix well.
  7. Serve with crackers or toasted bread.
