- Yellow lemon
- Neutral oil
- White onion
- Black pepper
- Preheat oil to 350F.
- Dry the fish very well, to prevent it from sticking.
- Season the fish with salt & pepper and stuff with slices of yellow lemon, salt, pepper, and fine herbs.
- Season the grill with oil and half an onion and heat well.
- Place it on the grill and do not move it until it is completely golden. Flip and do the same on the other side.
- Ready when its internal temperature is 145°.
