  1. Preheat oil to 350F.
  2. Dry the fish very well, to prevent it from sticking.
  3. Season the fish with salt & pepper and stuff with slices of yellow lemon, salt, pepper, and fine herbs.
  4. Season the grill with oil and half an onion and heat well.
  5. Place it on the grill and do not move it until it is completely golden. Flip and do the same on the other side.
  6. Ready when its internal temperature is 145°.
