- Heat the grill.
- Season the Tambaqui ribs with salt and pepper.
- Prepare marinade to apply to the fish when it is on the grill by blending garlic, green peppers, parsley, white onion, lemon juice, and olive oil.
- Apply marinade on fish while on the grill.
- Sauté green peppers, red peppers, onions, and tomato sauce.
- Serve ribs and top with both sauces.
