Clams Vongole

  • 1 lb. or 2 lb. Bag of NETUNO Clams
  • 3 garlic cloves, whole peeled
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 bunch of grape tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • ¼ cup White wine
  • Pinch of Salt and Black pepper
  • 1 ½ ounce Parmesan cheese


  1. Bring water to a boil in a large pot and add spaghetti.
  2. Meanwhile, pour ½ cup of olive oil into a hot pan.
  3. Crush 3 garlic cloves and place in the pan.
  4. Put one pack of NETUNO Clams in the pan. Add ¼ cup of white wine and mix.
  5. Cook clams until they open.
  6. Use a colander to separate the clams from the liquid and save it for later.
  7. In the same pan, cook chopped garlic and chili until fragrant.
  8. Add the water from the clams and cooked spaghetti. Add a little water and mix.
  9. Add Clams, tomatoes, and chopped parsley and mix.
  10. Season with salt and pepper and serve!
