Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning powder and combine with the olive oil to make a saucy paste.
- Coat both sides of the fish with the mixture and grill for a few minutes
- Serve the cooked fish on top of some avocado puree and pair with the chopped mango and tomato, dill oil, and some cilantro and lemon to decorate.
