Blackened Mahi-Mahi with Mango Salsa

Ingredients – Seasoning Powder

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

Ingredients – Mahi

  • 1 NETUNO Mahi-Mahi fillet
  • ½ Lemon
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1/2 chopped mango
  • Cilantro
  • ½ Avocado puree
  • Dill oil
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients for the seasoning powder and combine with the olive oil to make a saucy paste.
  2. Coat both sides of the fish with the mixture and grill for a few minutes
  3. Serve the cooked fish on top of some avocado puree and pair with the chopped mango and tomato, dill oil, and some cilantro and lemon to decorate.
