Korean BBQ Sauce Ingredients:
Instructions
- Dredge the Tambaqui ribs in a seasoned combination of all purpose flour and corn starch.
- Sear the Tambaqui ribs in a frying pan in canola oil.
- Place on sheet pan, paint them with a Korean BBQ sauce and finished them in the oven at 375° F for 25min.
- Lightly sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Plate with a complimentary side like we did with these Yukon gold wasabi hoisin potatoes!
