Korean BBQ Sauce Ingredients:

Instructions

  1. Dredge the Tambaqui ribs in a seasoned combination of all purpose flour and corn starch.
  2. Sear the Tambaqui ribs in a frying pan in canola oil.
  3. Place on sheet pan, paint them with a Korean BBQ sauce and finished them in the oven at 375° F for 25min.
  4. Lightly sprinkle sesame seeds.
  5. Plate with a complimentary side like we did with these Yukon gold wasabi hoisin potatoes!
