- Sweet Soy
- Hoisin
- Cider vinegar
- Fresh ginger
- Fresh garlic
- Honey
- Lime juice
Instructions:
Step 1: Dredge the ribs in a seasoned combination of all purpose flour and corn starch.
Step 2: Sear the Tambaqui ribs in a frying pan in canola oil.
Step 3: Place on sheet pan, paint them with a Korean BBQ sauce and finished them in the oven at 375.
Step 4: Lightly sprinkle sesame seeds.
Step 5: Plate with a complimentary side like we did with these Yukon gold wasabi hoisin potatoes!
