Grilled Kingfish Steaks w/ arugula salad

Ingredients

  • 4 NETUNO Kingfish Steaks
  • Olive Oil
  • Vinegar
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Arugula
  • 1 Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1 Avocado, Sliced
  • 1 Lemon, Quartered
  • 1 pack of Cherry Tomatoes, halved

Instructions

  1. Pat dry kingfish steaks adding salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Heat the grill to medium-high temperature.
  3. Place kingfish steaks directly onto the grill for 10 minutes.
  4. Drizzle with a little olive oil and flip the kingfish for 10 minutes on the other side.
  5. Combine arugula, sliced onion, and halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
  6. Plate 2 steaks with a lemon wedge, side salad, and half of the sliced avocado.
