- Pat dry kingfish steaks adding salt and pepper to taste.
- Heat the grill to medium-high temperature.
- Place kingfish steaks directly onto the grill for 10 minutes.
- Drizzle with a little olive oil and flip the kingfish for 10 minutes on the other side.
- Combine arugula, sliced onion, and halved cherry tomatoes and drizzle with lemon juice, olive oil, and vinegar. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well.
- Plate 2 steaks with a lemon wedge, side salad, and half of the sliced avocado.
