  1. Stuff Dorade with rosemary, thyme and half a clove of garlic.
  2. Wrap in foil and transfer to baking tray and season with salt and pepper, drizzle olive oil.
  3. Bake at 350°C for 30-35min until the fish is cooked through.
  4. Remove the bones, herbs and lemon, and serve with sliced potatoes.
