Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of uncooked rice
  • 1 Sauté ‘n Serve Etouffee frozen disk
  • ½ cup sliced chicken
  • ½ cup sausage
  • 1/3 cup onion
  • 1/3 cup red, green and yellow pepper
  • ½ cup chicken stock
  • ¼ cup okra
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Sauté Etouffe disk in a pan and stir to cook evenly.
  2. Add chicken, sausage, onion, and red, green, and yellow pepper.
  3. Add the uncooked rice and tomato paste. Stir well.
  4. Add chicken stock and mix thoroughly.
  5. Add the okra and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
  6. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
  7. Serve and enjoy!
