- 1 cup of uncooked rice
- 1 Sauté ‘n Serve Etouffee frozen disk
- ½ cup sliced chicken
- ½ cup sausage
- 1/3 cup onion
- 1/3 cup red, green and yellow pepper
- ½ cup chicken stock
- ¼ cup okra
- Salt & Pepper to taste
- Sauté Etouffe disk in a pan and stir to cook evenly.
- Add chicken, sausage, onion, and red, green, and yellow pepper.
- Add the uncooked rice and tomato paste. Stir well.
- Add chicken stock and mix thoroughly.
- Add the okra and salt and pepper to taste. Stir well.
- Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!
