Ingredients:
- ¼ lb. Cobia Dice
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 1 Lime
- 2 Tablespoons toasted ground sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon chili oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger ground
- pinch of salt
Instructions:
- Mix soy sauce, sesame seeds, chili oil, and ginger in a bowl
2. Add diced Cobia and let marinate for 2 minutes
3. Sprinkle in salt and serve over steamed rice
4. Optional: Add sliced cucumbers, avocado radishes, seaweed salad (wakame), and fish eggs (tobiko)
