Ingredients:

  • 4 cups cilantro
  • 1 cup Brazil nuts
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 Serrano pepper
  • ½ cup cotija cheese
  • 1 tablespoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice
  • ½ – ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Store in a (preferably glass) container and store.
  3. Use to top grilled or baked fish, or your favorite shrimp or lobster dishes.
