- 4 cups cilantro
- 1 cup Brazil nuts
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 Serrano pepper
- ½ cup cotija cheese
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- ½ – ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
- Place all ingredients in food processor and blend until smooth.
